Fill out and submit a project survey
Use this link to open and fill out a project survey form for a free estimate. Unless otherwise notified, I will email you an estimate/contract indicating the price and a proposed start and finish date for your writing project within three business days, excluding national holidays. I may invite you to sign up for an also free, brief, clarifying phone or video consultation before sending you an estimate.

Sign service contract and pay half
Carefully read the estimate/contract. To accept the terms, sign, date, and return it within four business days along with half of the full payment. When you accept the estimate, it becomes a contract, which means you agree to pay the full price for services rendered. The contract price and start and finish dates remain in effect only if you sign the contract and make the appropriate payment within four business days (excluding national holidays) of receiving the estimate/contract.

Send your writing project for proofreading
I will email instructions to you upon receipt of your signed contract and partial payment. Follow the instructions to send in your writing project for proofreading. I will notify you when your writing project (book, manuscript, etc.) is received and confirm the project start date.

Receive completed project and pay other half
On or before the contract finish date your professionally proofread writing project will be returned to you. The second half of the full payment is due to be sent on or before the finish date indicated on the contract.
